Juden-chan is the name given to a group of special girls who work as OL(office ladies) during the day and have a special mission to useelectricity to cheer up (recharge) depressed people. Depressed peopleare graded into different levels of danger. At level A, they are athighest risk of suicide and are a danger to themselves. To help thesepeople, a company is established which dispatches the invisibleJuden-chan to help charge them up. Unfortunately the main character isnew at her job, and often makes mistake and causes trouble. But shestill manages to save people, but usually through some alternativemeans.
