• What is Happy Hour Premium and how do I use it?

From 9pm-3am est Megaupload grants Premium status to anyone who has the megaupload toolbar. Download and install that , i suggest on a browser you don't use. Then during the Happy Hour time frame go to a megaupload page and an orange button saying Happy hour premium will appear. Click on it and you are done. This does require you to have a free account and be logged in when you hit the button. 

• How do i play the files on the site?

Download and install the cccp. This will install both Media Player Classic and Zoom player. Open zoon and go to options. Expand System and go to missing formats. Click on the link for real media. Install the codec that it brings you to. Now you can play all files on the site. Media Player Classic is more basic and suggested for those with older computers. Zoom has more options and is suggested if you have a new computer and feel confident in your abilities to set up all the options it has.

• Why are the files hosted on free hosts?

This is easy. Private servers cost money and I don't have any.

• Why don't you take donations so the site can have a server?

Simply in my experiences 90% of sites that depend on donations every month die.

• Can you use a host besides Megaupload for the files?

Can we? Yes, but we won't. Anime-Stop has tried several hosts and while they all worked well for a while in the end they did nothing but give me a whole lot of trouble. Megaupload has many tricks to get past its limits and it offers Happy Hour Premium.

• I downloaded a file and it won't play. What should i do?

1) Check the file size to make sure that your download finished.
2) Try using VLC media player or (Real Media player if it is in rmvb format.)
3) If it still won't play or it plays for a while and then stops contact Caboose  

• Will you upload the HD version of anime X?

Sorry but no. I like to keep a copy of every file on the site so that i can re-upload it if it gets removed. I simply don't have enough space to keep both the SD and HD versions.

• Since you can't do both can you just upload the HD since SD sucks?

I like to watch the anime on the site as well and simply put my computer has a hard time with HD. That is why SD files are upload if they are available.

• Will you upload anime X with subs from group A instead of B?

As a general rule of thumb no, but this one is not absolute.  There are a few series that i had to upload subs from a group i didn't want to and meant to go back and change.

• When i click on a file it says that it has been removed for violating the terms of service. What should i do?

Report it in the forum where it says broken links. I will re-upload it as soon as a can. 

• The file that i want says it is expired. What should i do?

Yet again, report it in the forum where it says broken links. I will re-upload it as soon as a can.

• When i click on a link it says Temporarily Unavailable. What should i do.

Try refreshing the page and if it still says it wait a few hours. 90% it is just due to server maintenance. If the problem is still there contact Caboose and her will re-upload it.

• Can i request a series?

Sure just make a thread in the forum under requests.
