Of the shows I'd watch listed there:
Blacksmith - gg
Railgun - Underwater (if they decide to do it, but if not... Ayako)
Kampfer - gg
The other shows I haven't seen yet or just don't interest me.

I would recommend trying not to add rip groups like horriblesubs, commie and underwater.
Tagami Bachi - Mochi i think that is the best group in the choice
Seiken no Blacksmith - gg
To Aru Kagaku no Railgun - Ayako at least they are better on the Mazui just only the 1st episode was crap due to some raw produce.
Kampfer - gg (If thay drop go with SFW)
Tatakau Shisho: The Book of Bantorra - Underwater, if if they no more choice go to Horrible and wait until new group appear to be better XP

ps. but as other you have wait at least 2-3 ep. were out before decide =))

Simply because their subs are good and because Ayako's video quality was shitty compared to theirs, at least on the first episode anyway.
Sasameki Koto - HorribleSubs
The script was good (obviously) and I wanted to support CrunchyRoll but this series doesn't play in the UK... so this feels like an undirect way to support them xD;

Ayako quality isn't good. And they still have trouble with first ep.
And please don't drop HorribleSubs - they are doing Asura Cryin 2.

Underwater is not a rip group but more of an... improvement group. They have the ability to polish a turd.
Underwater has also mentioned they might do AC2, that... would rock.

Tegami Bachi: Commie - Proffesional subs, proper encode.
Seiken no Blacksmith: gg - Best editing of the three.
To Aru Kagaku no Railgun: Tough, although Ayako should be releasing some v2s, so decisions should probably be held off till then.
Armed Librarians: Commie - Same subs, better encode.
11eyes: Shinji-Nekomimi - Proffesional subs, TLC'd, proper encode.
Sasameki Koto: Akibiyori - Professional subs, TLC'd, might not continue though.
By the way, I wouldn't be so fanboyish over Eclipse anymore, seeing as their sub quality has really taken a turn for the worst lately. For example, their Seitokai no Ichizon subs were worse, on the majority of lines, than gg's one-off troll subs.

I actually prefer Shogakukan Fansubs for Kampfer, but gg is me next so whatever you want.
