Director Tomoki Kyoda (RahXephon movie),character designer KenichiYoshida (Overman King Gainer), and specialeffects director YasushiMuraki (Ah! My Goddess: The Movie, The SkullMan) will reportedlyreturn to animate with new mechanical designs, aswell as a new form ofstorytelling that differs how the BONES animestudio produced theRahXephon movie. Although the creators are promisinga new Eureka Seven"mythos," it will still feature the Renton and Eurekacharacters thatstarred in the original television version.
